That Lions pin you were given when you were inducted into your Lions club is small, and seemingly innocuous in the bigger scheme of things. Yet it identifies you as a public-spirited individual and a member of the world’s largest service organization. It’s a badge of honor.
I’m asking you, as a Lion, to wear your Lions pin on your shirt collar or lapel when out and about. Demonstrate your pride in being a Lion and be ready to tell others why you’re a Lion and how Lions are helping in your community. Don’t be bashful – tell others what we do, and be prepared to hear examples of our past good works played back to you by people who were beneficiaries of our work and are grateful for it.
